House of Advocacy offers a nationwide service for DoLS BIA & MHA/S12 Assessors. 

All professionals are fully registered and are audited throughout the year.

Form 3 & 4's are fully scrutinised and quality checked before returning to the Supervisory Body! 

With the pressures Signatories in local authorities currently face in their own role is resulting to them having less availability to sign off a DoLS authorisation.

At House of Advocacy we have qualified Signatories to take the pressure off in-house Signatories and to assist in clearing back-logs of DoLS assessments which are awaiting the final Form 5 to be completed and signed off. Allowing your residents to be lawfully deprived of their liberty!

All professionals are fully registered and qualified and are subject to auditing throughout the year.

Independent Mental Capacity Advocates (IMCA) are available to support the relevant person who can't make or understand decisions by stating their views and wishes or securing their rights.

Independent Care Act Advocates are available to provide support to the individual to empower them to have their views heard during Care Act Assessments.
